An individual who was accused of giving Anne Heche cocaine finally spoke up.

Amid the theories surrounding Heche's death, the salon owner - who was reportedly the last one to see the actress alive - continuously became the subject of trolls that he gave her cocaine before the car crash.

Glass Hair Design owner, Richard Glass, broke his silence after the public accused him of giving Heche drugs. The accusations rose after revelations that the actress shopped in the Venice Beach salon emerged.

In an emotional statement recorded by a news outlet, Glass said that the accusations that he was responsible for Heche's death were evil.

"There are people who are nice and there are people who are just evil. Making accusations that I had something to do with what her toxicology report said," he said, as quoted by Newsweek. "They're saying she could have got the cocaine or the fentanyl from me because I was the last person to see her."

He firmly said that he has never done any type of drug, telling the public that he is not that kind of person.

As he continuously dealt with it in the past weeks, Glass said it was already tiring and taxing.

Amid the accusations, Glass felt responsible for not doing more to help Heche before she died. The business owner tearfully said how he was not there enough for the actress when she needed help.

People started to make accusations when Glass shared a photo of her with Heche holding the red wig she bought from him.

Anne Heche's Last Moments

After buying the wig, Heche drove her blue Mini Cooper and eventually crashed into an occupied home.

She sustained a "severe anoxic brain injury" as the firefighters took 65 minutes before they were able to pull her out of her car. Heche was still able to speak at that time but eventually lost consciousness afterward - and the injuries and issues she sustained eventually led to her death.

"She has a significant pulmonary injury requiring mechanical ventilation and burns that require surgical intervention. She is in a coma and has not regained consciousness since shortly after the accident," the update revealed.

She was kept alive for a few more days after the doctors pronounced her death as they searched for potential recipients of her organs.

Her life support was kept until Sunday, and she was officially pronounced dead after the medical staff took it off.
