Actress Cameron may have been featured in "Rolling Stone" founder Jann Wenner's upcoming memoir, but not for good reasons to be remembered.

The "Rolling Stone" magazine is a monthly publication that focuses on music, politics, and pop culture founded by Jann Wenner in 1967. Wenner also formerly owned "US Weekly" and "Men's Journal" magazines.

In an upcoming memoir written by Wenner titled "Like a Rolling Stone", he goes on to share an incident during the mid-2000s about a specific actress. During this time, Wenner was still the owner of US Weekly, and centered on one of the magazine's early scoops about "an actress smooching Justin Timberlake on a surfboard".

According to Page Six, this line sounds specifically familiar to actress Cameron Diaz in a 2006 New York Post article, in which it stated: "they also managed to steal a kiss or two while frolicking together in the deep-blue Hawaiian waters". Timberlake was on vacation with the "Bad Teacher" actress in Hawaii that time.

While Wenner did not explicitly name drop the specific actress, he goes on to decribe the blind item as "unpleasant to deal with" and allegedly told one of the magazine staffers: "I hope you get cancer". The magazine staffer in question is possibly from US Weekly.

The former Hollywood A-list couple's relationship timeline dates back to 2003, where Timberlake and Diaz met at the Kids Choice Awards, and sparked dating rumors shortly after. The two eventually announced their split in January 2007.

What Happened to Cameron Diaz?

While it is currently unknown if the former actress ever did show any diva tendencies, she has been a subject of many headlines due to her early retirement from acting.

Diaz made her acting debut in 1994 on the film "The Mask" and continued to rise to fame in her role in the blockbuster "Charlie's Angels" alongside Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu. The actress formally announced her retirement from acting in 2018.

Diaz's early retirement from acting paved a way for her career as a lifestyle author. Over the years, she has written bestselling titles like "The Body Book: Feed, Move, Understand and Love Your Amazing Body" and "The Longevity Book".

This year, however, the veteran actress announced her "unretirement" to star in a Netflix film alongside Jamie Foxx.
