Wynonna Judd, aside from grief, is still feeling angry after her mother, Naomi Judd's passing.

Naomi ended her own life in May even after pledging not to ever commit suicide despite her mental health struggles. It was revealed that the singer suffered depression in the past years and had enough on the day she shot herself to death.

Although months had passed, Wynonna spoke up about feeling angry after the tragic event.

During her appearance on "CBS News Sunday Morning" (via Deadline), Wynonna told on CBS News Sunday Morning that she had been through worse after losing her mother.

"I did not know that she was at the place she was at when she ended it. Because she had had episodes before, and she got better. And that's what I live in, is like, 'Was there anything I should have looked for or should I have known?' I didn't," she said.

Wynonna explained that she would probably feel angry as she thinks she did not help her mother to prevent her death. Still, she started embracing a new chapter in her life, remembering how her mother told her one time that her life became better because of her.

Although it has been an unfortunate and saddening event for her, Wynonna noted that she and her sister, Ashley Judd, became more united following their mother's death.

Naomi Judd's Death

Naomi succumbed after years of battling depression a day before The Judds were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Her bereaved family revealed that the singer had been treated for PTSD and bipolar disorder before her passing.

Naomi's husband, Larry Strickland, disclosed that her suicidal thoughts and tendencies caused him to hide their firearms at home.

"Larry was always worried about how fragile she was. He never wanted to leave her alone because he didn't trust her emotional state. I'm told he feels very guilty because the firearm she used was his - and it wasn't locked up," one insider revealed to the news outlet, per OK! Magazine.

Before Wynonna's recent interview, "Monarch" took over the internet this week as fans noticed the eerie similarities between the show's first two episodes and Naomi's death, including the suicide Sarandon's Dottie Cantrell Roman orchestrated and the funeral plans she made before her death.

Its executive producer, Jon Feldman, clarified that the show had already been under development for years before the crooner's tragic death.
