It seems like the power couple couldn't mend their broken marriage, as Page Six reported that the two parties hired divorce lawyers as the once happy lovers continue to live far away from each other after a huge fight.
Several sources confirmed that the end is near for Tom and Gisele after 13 years of marriage.
Hours, after reports surfaced about the divorce lawyers, Victoria's Secret supermodel was spotted walking around Miami with her wedding ring, not on her finger.
Despite their split, the athlete and the supermodel escaped Hurricane Ian and evacuated Tampa Bay with their children to Miami.
However, insiders revealed that they were not staying together in the city.
"I never actually thought this argument would be the end of them, but it looks like it is," an insider said.
"I don't think there will be any coming back now. They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be."
