Megan Thee Stallion's 'Mean Girls' Cameo Edited Due To Joke About Lindsay Lohan
Lindsay Lohan reportedly influenced the editing of Megan Thee Stallion's cameo in the movie musical 'Mean Girls.'
Lohan reportedly acknowledged feeling upset about the joke in the script, where Megan Thee Stallion said, "Hot girls, we are going back red! Y2K fire crotch is back."
Lohan's spokesperson expressed the actress' deep hurt and disappointment to PEOPLE over the offensive nickname that was popularized during the mid-2000s press era. In a 2006 paparazzi video, Paris Hilton laughed when her friend, Brandon Davis, used the term to describe Lohan.
Viewers who saw the movie on Prime Video noticed that the "Savage" rapper's cameo no longer contained the original "fire crotch" remark.
The digital version of #MeanGirls has altered Megan The Stallion’s controversial “fire crotch” line after Lindsay Lohan was allegedly hurt by the joke.

According to The Daily Mail, Lohan, who played Cady Herron in the original 2004 version, made an unexpected cameo in the film and reportedly received a payment of $500,000. She was reportedly unaware that the writers had included a joke about her.
In the revamped 'Mean Girls,' a whole new clique of "Plastics" took center stage, but there were nods to the past with appearances from original stars including Tim Meadows, who played Principal Duvall, and Tina Fey, the creative force behind both films, reprising her role as Ms. Norbury.
