Actor Chris O'Donnell tweeted a photo Tuesday part of a comedic sketch with Justin Bieber after the singer posted on Instagram a picture of what looked to be a Batman vs. Superman script.

Bieber uploaded on Sept. 13 an image of him looking in the mirror with a script in front of him allegedly from the Warner Bros. and DC Comics project. The top page of the packet had a "BIEBER" watermark across it. The image was captioned "#robin ??" and stirred rumors that perhaps the Baby singer was being cast in the 2015 film.

Putting the rumors to rest, a person with knowledge of the real script assured TheWrap that the photo Bieber posted online is not authentic. The photo was in fact part of an upcoming Funny or Die sketch with O'Donnell.

The actor, who played the role of Robin in 1995's Batman Forever and two years later in Batman and Robin, tweeted on Tuesday his own Funny or DIe sketch photo. He struck the same "selfie" pose as Bieber did in his picture, and had in front of him a script labeled "Batman vs Superman" also with a "BIEBER" watermark across it.

Funny or Die is a comedy video website founded by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay's production company, Gary Sanchez Productions with original and user-generated content. It contains exclusive material from famous contributors (such as Marion Cotillard, Jennifer Lawrence and James Franco) and also has its own Funny or Die Team that creates original material. The name for the website comes from the idea that viewers get to vote on what videos are funny and what videos deserve to die.

One recent celebrity photo the website recreated was that of Miley Cyrus nakedly sitting on a wrecking ball, a scene taken from her latest music video. The website's team replaced the wrecking ball with the face of Shrek and captioned the shot, "Shreking Ball."
