Castiel is not the most beloved angel following the Fall and by time Supernatural's third episode rolls around, some of his brothers will be looking for revenge.

Although it has been rumored the graceless angel will not be making an appearance in the second episode, "Devil May Care," Cas (Misha Collins) will defiantly have a role to play in "I'm No Angel."

After Metatron (Curtis Armstrong) used the rebel angel as a pawn in his plan to outs the angels from their heavenly perch, Cas was put in a precarious position. In a vulnerable human state after the loss of his grace, Cas will soon be hunted by a group of his brothers, according to Hypable.

Tipped off to the problem by Ezekiel (Tahmoh Penikett), Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) will rush to support their currently homeless friend. It appears that after his involvement in the premiere, Ezekiel will become an ally of the Winchesters.

The episode will also feature Shannon Lucio (The O.C.) who has been cast as April Kelly, a new love interest for Castiel. Although the angel version of Cas was rather indifferent to romantic attachments, Collins has hinted that the characters human nature will be more interested in relationships.

"There is sex that does occur between Castiel and a person," Collins coyly informed fans at last month's VanCon.

Supernatural returns to the CW on Oct. 8.
