Ahead of the release for Lady Gaga's new album, ARTPOP, Enstars put together some of the best cover versions of her first hit single off the record: Applause

Talented fans and aspiring musicians went wild with their interpretations of Gaga's pop gem, and the Internet is brimming over with different spins on the track.

These covers span through varied genres, from jazz to metal and rap to alt-rock. In a show of support, Gaga tweeted one the bands' (X-Y) covers of the song.

Chloe and Halle breeze through their acapella spin on the song like teenage Beyonces ,while Daniel J plays a Justin Bieber aspirant. Junik channels some soulful balladeering and Who is Love jazzes up the pop hit. While Pellek charges the single with some pure metal assault, Blessing A Curse grungifies it.

Scotty Dynamo slips in a smooth rap and works a medley using some of Gaga's older hits, prepping the track for the coolest dance club in town.

As Gaga plans on releasing an Applause Remix EP, it would be interesting if the singer, who is known as a true fans' artist, were to consider releasing an Applause covers album.
