Dumb and Dumber 2 is scheduled for release in November 2014, and while the first film's main actors are back, the sequel will not be a retread of the 1994 classic.

Dumb and Dumber 2, officially titled Dumb and Dumber To to emphasize the character's dimwittedness, features Lloyd (Jim Carrey) Harry (Jeff Daniels) living their simple lives 20 years after 1994's Dumb and Dumber.

The sequel centers on Lloyd and Harry as they search the country for one of Harry's long lost children, hoping to gain a new kidney once they find them.

Kathleen Turner plays Freda Felcher, the girl Lloyd slept with while she was dating Harry in Dumb and Dumber. Presumably, this means that Lloyd and Harry will be looking for her (and Harry's) child in the sequel.

Jennifer Lawrence will have a cameo appearance in the film as the younger version of Freda Felcher. The 23-year-old actress alleges to know every line from the 1994 classic, as demonstrated in this clip.

The Walking Dead actress Laurie Holden will be playing Adele Pichlow, the main villain in the film. Adele hatches a secret plan that involves the lives of her husband, Dr. Pichlow (Steve Tom) and her step-daughter Penny (Rachel Melvin).

Most of the plot details of the film have been kept secret by the film's directors, the Farrelly brothers. However, they did note that if Dumb and Dumber To is successful then they will consider making even more sequels.

Dumb and Dumber To is scheduled for release in theaters on Nov. 14, 2014.
