Kim Kardashian may press charges against a teen who allegedly threatened her and verbally assaulted her with racist remarks, New York Daily News reported Tuesday.

A source told the publication that the teen threatened her while calling her a "n----r lover" during a racist rant outside of a Beverly Hills medical building Monday, Jan. 13.

"He threatened to hit her. He said, 'I bet I could beat you," the source said. "She's tiny, and if someone is following you screaming, 'Slut! N----r lover, you don't know if you're dealing with an insane person who will go postal and hurt you. She was so upset, she was crying."

The source added that the teen's rant scared Kardashian, but it's not clear if she will take any legal action against him. As of Tuesday she had not filed anything against the teen.

While the teen was yelling the slurs at her, Kardashian called her fiancé, rapper Kanye West, who was already in the building. When West came to her defense, the teen reportedly got in his face also. The source said, "The guy continued with the slurs. He was in Kanye's face and wouldn't stop. He was taunting him."

West allegedly punched the 18-year-old and Beverly Hills police arrived at the scene shortly after. Sgt. George DeMarois said, "Kanye was named as a suspect by the victim as well as witnesses. He had left prior to our arrival, and detectives are currently investigating."
