Ludacris is firing back at his baby mama Tamika Fuller and has now asked a judge to grant him full custody of his two-month-old daughter. 

Last week, the rapper appeared in court and asked a judge to lower his child support payments requested by Fuller to $1,800 after he claimed that he only made $55,000 in 2013. But now, reports have indicated that he is now demanding full custody of his baby girl Cai and is also asking the judge to force Fuller to pay him child support. 

In new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Ludacris says that he's  a"fit and capable parent" and should get physical custody because he's always been an active parents to his 12-year-old daughter from a previous relationship. Though the rapper is demanding that a judge grant him custody, Fulller previously that he has yet seen his little girl. 

"She has yet to meet her father and it's unfortunate because I would never keep him from seeing her. Let's not lose focus that an innocent child is involved and her best interests come before any of all of this foolishness," Fuller said in January. "In spite of all that has already happened I just ask that the negativity stop towards him and I. We have a child to co-parent. Be blessed."

Fuller even claimed that Ludacris was the one who requested a paternity test. 

"It saddens me that it has come to this. I did not file on him. Nor would I ever try to attempt to extort my child's father," she said.
