Rapper and Fast and Furious 7 actor Ludacris is reportedly having more tension in his custody battle.

Paul Walker's Character To Retire In Fast And Furious 7?

On Sunday, TMZ reported that the rapper is attempting to get full custody of his two-month-old daughter whom he had with Tamika Fuller.

Ludacris' legal docs supposedly say that the rapper is a "fit and capable parent," and that he should be getting full custody. It looks like he is also trying to inform that he's been "an active father" to his 12-year-old daughter.

Not only is Ludacris reportedly trying to get full custody, but it turns out that he might be looking for his child's mother to pay him child support instead of the other way around.

According to the site, this could be a way for Ludacris to "turn the financial tables" since the rapper was reportedly unable to pay Fuller $15,000 a month in child support. Ludacris was apparently relying on the money he was supposed to earn for Fast and Furious 7 to pay for his child support, but due to production delays after Paul Walker's death, the rapper was reportedly unable to pay.

Ludacris originated the role of Tej Parker in the film 2 Fast 2 Furious, and has reprised it in each film since Fast Five.

There has been no official word on if the film, which will reportedly open in theaters next year, will see Walker's character live or die.

Fast and Furious 7 is set to hit theaters on April 10, 2015.
