The 13-year-old sister of Alana 'Honey Boo Boo' Thompson was readmitted to the hospital on Feb. 8 after passing out during the drive home from dinner. Suffering from the aftereffects of a severe concussion, Pumpkin has been in and out of the hospital since the family's car accident on Jan. 6.

After remaining at Georgia's Children's Hospital through Valentine's Day due to testing, Lauryn was settling in back home as off last Thursday.

"We have been home for a couple of days," explained 'Mama' June Shannon on Feb. 20. "We're having good days and we're still having bad days. She's on a lot of medications and for the first time in seven weeks we get a couple of hours a day without her [having a headache], which is a great accomplishment."

The Honey Boo Boo matriarch updated fans once more on Saturday, stating that Lauryn's condition had not changed too much as the weekend began.

"[Pumpkin] has been having a couple of bad days and still sleeping which is good cause the neurologist said she needs a lot of 'brain rest,'" June said on the series' Facebook page. "But we r still taking one day at a time."

While Pumpkin recovers, fans can catch previously filmed episodes of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
