It seems like things are going to get more intense as Alicia finds out the NSA has also been monitoring her personal life in season 5, episode 19 of The Good Wife.

Alicia's "Fun Chemistry" With Finn Polmar to Lead to an Affair?

Alicia (Julianna Margulies) will chance upon this revelation as her firm Florrick/Agos takes on the case of an NSA whistleblower, who tells her that she has been a subject of interest. In the earlier episodes of the CBS legal drama we did see that the NSA was tapping Alicia's phone and listening into her personal conversations, some of which were related to Will.

Earlier in the season, Dubek, the investigator from the Office of Public Integrity was trying to harrass Alicia while interrogating her about her involvement in Peter's voting fraud case. He brought up her relationship with Will, and it seems he had been tipped off by the NSA.
