The Tomorrow People is about to air its season finale, which will likely be massive since there's still no word if a second season will happen or not.

Stephen Will Be Put 'Over The Edge?'

On Saturday, Carter Matt reported that the next episode will involve Stephen and Cara having to use their powers to help mankind while stopping The Founder from wiping everyone out of the world. While this is happening, John and Astrid have to keep themselves on their feet without their powers. Russell will also have to face some consequences after turning Roger over, which could end with him redeeming himself or something dire taking place.

According to executive producer Phil Klemmer, there is a possibility that some characters could die while others will likely lose their powers.

Members Of Tomorrow People Will Lose Hope?

As for the possibility of the show being renewed for another season, leading actor Robbie Amell seemed fairly confident about it in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.

"I know that [executive producer] Phil [Klemmer] has gone in and pitched season 2, and I'm very confident that Phil would pitch the hell out of a season 2 because he's so good," Amell said. "But I think a lot of it is just going to come down to what their pilots look like."

Amell then mentioned that anything could happen at this point and he's just going to ride with it.

"I've just kind of learned that you['ve] just got to go with it, and the right thing will happen," the actor said.

The Tomorrow People airs on Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
