Atlantic City presented a free Blake Shelton concert on Thursday, and even fans without tickets got a taste of the show.

Country Singer Miranda Lambert Hits The Big Screen With Female-Led Comedy

The country artist performed near The Pier at Caesars and ABC News reported that the music could be heard out on the boardwalk. Even people cruising by in the water were able to relax to the waves and the music.

The New Jersey vacation destination put the show together as part of its "Do AC" campaign to bring free events to the boardwalk in an attempt to boost tourism.

Blake Shelton Wages Twitter War Against Haters

A few hours after the concert Shelton showed up on Twitter to announce a big surprise for Friday, which could be anything from an upcoming event to details on his new album.

"Be sure to tune in to the @TodayShow tomorrow morning for a HUGE announcement!" the singer teased, "What could it be?!"

The post received extensive fan attention, with many venturing guesses as to what the news could be. Most assumed the announcing will have something to do with the title or release date for his new album, though a few wondered if him and wife Miranda Lambert might have some baby news to share.

The two have faced a number of baby rumors in the past, all of which turned out to be false, but neither musician has denied the potential for a little Shelton-Lambert since the Boys 'Round Here first teased the big announcement.

At the moment both Shelton and Lambert are out touring, though the two will reunite in Las Vegas in September for the upcoming Harvest 1 Festival.
