As filming for season 3 of House of Cards is currently underway, all manner of spoilers are doing the rounds on the internet. A new report speculates a rather unexpected development in Claire (Robin Wright) and Frank Underwood's (Kevin Spacey) life.

The Latin Times suggests the possibility of Claire getting pregnant in the next chapter and as unrealistic as it seems, something like that could make things extremely interesting on a lot of levels. The report works this inference off of Claire's desire to be a mother, which has been expressed in the first two seasons. The publication also goes onto offer credible reasons for the duo to have a child, one being to build an image of a healthy family incase Frank's name is dragged through the mud or his crimes are revealed.

The third season of House of Cards is currently filming in Maryland, where the first and second seasons were also shot. Initially, the continuation of filming of the third season of the Netflix series was fraught with troubles over the past few weeks as the producers weren't getting permission from the State of Maryland. But the issue was finally resolved on April 25.

Recently it was also revealed that parts of the show will be shot in Washington, D.C., where the story is actually set.
