When asked if he would be retiring the role of Steve Rogers soon, Evans said that he still had some work left with the character.

"Not yet," he said. "I have a few more [Marvel] movies I have to finish first, which I'm happy to do. I'm sure it'll happen at some point. All good things have to come to an end. But I'm really happy playing the character. I'm honored to be part of the Marvel Universe for now."

As for rumors that a new team of superheroes would be joining Cap in the third movie, Evans danced around the question, instead saying that Marvel's connections is what makes it so special.

"That's the beauty of the Marvel Universe: it's this giant web of plot where everything is connected to everything else, whether it's Thor, Iron Man, the Avengers - everything is involved," he said.

"Marvel doesn't disappoint. Whatever you're hoping for, you're probably going to get."
