In the confidential deposition papers, K. Michelle admits that Memphitz did not punch her in the face or give her a black eye. But she does maintain that she suffered carpet burns on her legs after being dragged as well as scratches, bruises and cuts on her arms. She also said that he used a water bottle to assault her.

She added that while she was not immediately sore after, she felt the pain the next morning.

"Like after you work out and the next day, that is how I felt like. But I was sorer than working out."

Things also got a little heated when Memphitz's lawyer asked about K. Michelle's claims that he threatened via text to kill her son. She said she gave the text to her lawyer but could not remember exactly when.

K. Michelle's claims has caused feuds with other celebrities like Tamar Braxton, who is a good friend of Wright's wife, Toya Wright. It also sparked beef with her Love & Hip Hop Atlanta co-star Rasheeda, who is also close with Toya.
