June Steenkamp is still reeling over the death of her daughter Reeva.

June Steenkamp Releases Memoir Retailing Her Thoughts Of What Happened To Her Daughter Reeva

The Mirror Online reported Wednesday that during an emotional interview she spoke about how she believes Oscar Pistorius never loved her daughter.

When she was asked if she thought he loved Reeva, she replied, "No. I think she was just a trophy." Steenkmap has been very vocal about her feelings toward Pistorius and her views of his relationship with her daughter.

Prosecution Wants To Appeal Oscar Pistorius' Verdict & Sentence

Steenkamp just released a memoir, Reeva: A Mother's Story, that details what she thinks happened the night she lost her daughter forever. She said in her memoir that "Not one of his actions suggests he felt protective towards her."

Mirror Online further reported that Steenkamp said, "I don't understand their relationship at all."

Steenkamp is still looking for answers on why Pistorius killed her daughter. "I don't know I would be too keen to go to the jail. But I want him to see what he has taken from us a beautiful girl - what he is responsible for and our lives are devastated," she shared.

She also said she hasn't been able to properly mourn the loss of her daughter since the publicity thrust upon her daughter's death and the trial has been overwhelming.

"It's hard to go on without her. She was a gift from God," Steenkamp concluded about her daughter.

She also mentioned she doesn't care what happens to Pistorius after his time in jail. She just knows she'll never get her daughter back.
