Production for the show's second season resumed in Dublin this week and on Thursday producer Christopher King shared a darkly lit and rather mysterious photo from the set.

Sir Malcolm's (Timothy Dalton) also happens to be where they captured and tortured the vampire Fenton (Olly Alexander) during season 1. Sir Malcolm and Victor Frankenstein (Harry Treadaway) clashed with Ethan Chandler (Josh Hartnett) about the methods which they used.

So what's hiding in the cellar this time? And who's the one keeping the secret?

Sir Malcolm, Vanessa Ives (Eva Green), and Sembene (Danny Sapani) are the only ones with unlimitted access to the house, but Vanesasa cares enough for Ethan to help him out of he needed it. Perhaps this might be a good place for him to hide out when he turns into a werewolf, though it's uncertain whether or not he will reveal his secret to Vanessa just yet. Early episodes proved that he cannot control himself in wolf form, which could prove deadly to those closest to him.
