It seems as though Sofia Vergara's ex-fiance Nick Loeb just can't stop talking about her in interviews, even though the couple broke up almost a year ago. The entrepreneur once again name checked his famous ex while promoting his onion crunch line, noting that the Latina beauty never gave back her engagement ring after they called off their relationship.

According to Rumor Fix on Tuesday, Loeb confirms that Vergara kept the bling, but adds that he's not bitter about it.

He said, "After we split up it wasn't something I was going to try to get back. She's a woman - she loves jewelry. I'm sure she'll accessorize it."

What's more, Loeb says that he wishes nothing but the best for Vergara and her new fiancé, actor Joe Manganiello.

He added, "I'm actually really happy she's found someone really special in her life. Everyone deserves happiness. She was great to me for four and a half years and I wish them the best."

Promoting his crispy, fried onion topping, Loeb added, "I hope they put pickle crunch on the wedding cake."

This isn't the first time that Loeb has spoken out about his ex-fiance. Earlier this month, the Onion Crunch mogul opened up about the Modern Family actress in an interview as well.

Speaking to Extra TV last Wednesday, Loeb admitted that Vergara and Manganiello are the perfect Hollywood pair. He said that even though the two are still "good friends," Vergara and Manganiello "look like they are getting along great. I think it's a perfect match for them."

So far, Vergara has not made any public comments about her ex.
