It doesn't look like Kate Gosselin's new man in her life is digging her ex-husband. In fact, he's supposedly got very few nice things to say about him as well. Rumor has it that Kate's new boyfriend Jeff Prescott thinks that her ex Jon Gosselin is a loser who is a "deadbeat dad" to the ex-couple's eight children.

Kate Gosselin Isn't Listening To Her Haters Anymore

According to In Touch Weekly on Friday, Prescott opened up in a new interview about Kate and Jon, slamming the former reality television star for not being present in his children's lives.

He said, "She's a loving, caring mother, her children come first. She's a single mother with a deadbeat father in the picture and eight kids. She has a lot on her plate."

What's more, sources close to the celebrity mother say that Jeff is a "humble and down-to-earth" fellow who makes Kate happy, but he's unsure if he'll be making any future appearances on her TLC reality show, Kate Plus 8.

Just last week, Kate dishes on why it's so hard for her to find a boyfriend while trying to raise her eight children at home."

According to Us Weekly she said, "I would love to date, but I don't have time to date. I don't know that I really have time to think about what I want in a man. Our obvious issue is we're a family people have heard of. It's that publicity piece. There's eight kids and it's really loud and stressful in my house. I mean, anybody that can kind of work through all that, you know, that's a lot of gates there they gotta get through."

As far as her relationship with Jon, she admits that things are peaceful right now, but she wishes things were better.

She said, "I don't have a relationship with Jon anymore. I give the kids... some of the kids visit and some don't and I keep the peace. That's what I've always done. It's best for the kids."
