"The first movie we did a lot of choreography and fight training," Woodley shared, adding, "In this one, it was basic fitness. It wasn't anything too intense."

What scene made her feel "bada--"?

Well, Woodley explained there's a sequence in Insurgent that is "really rad" in which her character Beatrice "Tris" Prior is chasing a house.

"One day we had four or five stunt doubles there -- a bunch of women with short hair in the same outfit -- which was pretty funny. I got to do a lot when the house was tilting. We were on wires and could slide down. And there was one moment when the house was tilted at almost a 90-degree angle -- and that felt pretty bada--," the actress gushed.

"I was thinking, 'If I don't grab this pole, I'm not going to get hurt, but I'll be dangling in the air with a bad wedgie!'" she further divulged about the stunt.

Insurgent hits theaters on March 20.
