A former friend of former NFL football star Aaron Hernandez testified that he saw Hernandez with a Glock pistol in his hands in a Florida hotel room a few months before Odin Lloyd was shot to death.

Shayanna Jenkins Says She Removed Box From Home At Request Of Aaron Hernandez

Alexander Bradley, who's suing Hernandez in Florida for allegedly shooting him in the face, testified on Wednesday morning and now prosecutors in the murder case are eager to prove that the same Glock that was seen a few months before the shooting is probably the same weapon Hernandez used to shoot Lloyd.

On Wednesday the Boston Globe reported that Bradley testified against the defendant stating that he and Hernandez had been friends for years before he began to see a pattern in Hernandez's behavior.

"Oftentimes, he felt he was being followed by helicopter or tailed by police,'' Bradley testified. The witness then added that, "he didn't want me to use iPhones around him ... because he stated that all conversations could be heard at any time with iPhones."

Bradley also testified that Hernandez had a lot of issues trusting the people around him.

"He oftentimes felt that people were trying to use him'' and "indicated to me that he had a hard time trusting people in general,'' Bradley said during his testimony.

While the weapon that Bradley claims he saw could tie the defendant to Lloyd's murder, because the prosecution has yet to discover the missing murder weapon, there is still no key evidence to tie him to the crime.

On Monday, Hernandez's fiancée Shayanna Jenkins testified that she removed a large trash bag the day after Lloyd's murder at the request of Hernandez.

According to Jenkins' statement, she said that she removed the bag and borrowed her sister's car to dispose of it, but she doesn't remember where she dumped the box.

The prosecution team believes that the big bag contained the missing gun that was presumably used to kill Lloyd.
