In a special fan interaction for CBS, Matthew Gray Gubler, who plays Dr. Reid on Criminal Minds, dished about the next episode, titled 'Mr. Scratch,' of the season, which he has directed.

"People Are Going To Lose Their Minds" With Episode 21 Of Criminal Minds  

Gubler really amped up the hype for the episode by stating that Mr. Scratch is "the most shocking episode of Criminal Minds we've ever had."

"If you have a heart condition or if you're pregnant I do not recommend watching the last ten minutes because it is the most shocking final act we've ever had," he said. "There are a lot of surprises and lots of things you won't see coming."

Criminal Minds Renewed For Season 11?

Gubler also directed the episode, and said it was a great experience. The actor also revealed things he enjoys while directing, stating that he liked to listen to previous scores from episodes of Criminal Minds that he has directed or things that he feels will put his "mind into the zone."

One fan asked Gubler to describe the episode in one word, and he said it would be "unrelenting" from beginning to end. He also revealed that him and the writer have aimed for the jugular at every point on the story in the episode.

'Mr. Scratch' will air on CBS on April 22.
