Less than one week after her arrest, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star sat down with Dr. Phil McGraw, where she spoke of her recent relapse and incarceration.

Was Kim Richards Drinking During Filming On 'RHOBH' Season 5?

According to a statement from The Beverly Hills Police Department, Richards "was displaying symptoms of alcohol intoxication including slurred speech and belligerent insolent behavior cursing at the officers and passively resisted arrest."

As for what the future holds, it doesn't seem like Richards is ready to enter a rehab program. However, she is admitting to her missteps.

"As of now, she is saying no to rehab," a friend told PEOPLE Magazine. "People are trying to get her to go. A lot of people are worried about her."

Since the arrest, Richards has reportedly "calmed down."

"When it first happened, she was upset and didn’t want to talk about it. Now she does," the source explained.

The source went on to explain Richards was "stessed out," especially in regard to her ex-husband's battle with cancer, which was discussed on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Richards' interview on Dr. Phil will air on Tuesday, April 28.
