Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards was arrested last week for public intoxication and now it looks she may have landed herself in trouble with some network execs at Bravo.

Sources close to show producers told TMZ that due to the reality star's substance abuse issues, executives believe she's a liability and the network doesn't want to be responsible for her irrational behavior.

On Sunday, the site reported that sources claim that there are serious insurance issues and a lot of concern surrounding Kim's well-being on such a demanding show.

While a final decision has yet to be made, an alarm has been sounded and apparently there has been a lot of talk about severity surrounding the drama.

"There are insurance issues with the show, and serious concerns that if something happens to Kim, Bravo could be on the hook for keeping her on such a contentious, demanding show," TMZ said.

Earlier this month Last week The Gossip Cop reported that according to Life & Style, while "all the ladies of Beverly Hills seemed to be fighting," apparently "there's even more drama unfolding off-screen - in the casting office," and it was rumored that both Kim and Kyle were getting the boot.

According to the website, the Richards sisters were reportedly getting fired because their on-going feud has "grown stale."

Reps for the two sisters have yet to comment on the story, and as of now, news about the cast is still up in the air.
