Fifth Harmony's youngest member Dinah Jane Hansen is going through a rough time at the moment involving her great grandmother on her mother's side.

The 5H singer's mother Milika Lolohea Amasio shared some photos and a video from the hospital on Wednesday where the family's matriarch wound up.

Hansen's mother shared a photo of the 5H star right by her great grandmother's bedside.

"My grandmother Sepi is dying," Hansen's mother shared, adding, "I am so thankful that we were able to have her for the last 80 years!"

"She is the heart of our family!" she said.

The sweet, yet sad moments continued as Hansen's mother took a video of Hansen singing to her great grandmother with tears "coming down her face."

Hansen is clearly shaken up over losing a loved one, but she and the rest of her family are sticking together. Her mom shared a photo of a bunch of them probably leaving the hospital. "Families are Forever," Hansen's mother dished.

On Tuesday, Hansen tweeted "Grandmothers are the best" and then went quiet on Twitter until recently when she thanked her fans since they trended the hashtag "#WeAreHereForYouDinahJane" and sent tons of love her way.

"I love you & my grandma loved you guys too," she said.
