Fans can probably expect some awesome girl power when The Originals returns for new episodes.

What's Next For Hayley & Elijah On 'The Originals?'

On Tuesday, TV Line shared an interview with Phoebe Tonkin who plays Hayley on the series. She mentioned that she's looking forward to more scenes where it's going to be about the bond of the women as opposed to being all about the guys.

"My favorite storylines on our show are the ones with the girls working together for the greater good, and not talking about men," the actress said. "Now that we have four girls- me, Riley [Voelkel], Leah [Pipes] and Danielle [Campbell]- I'm excited for storylines with us four."

Something 'Frightening' Is Coming To 'The Originals'

Tonkin also revealed that it might be a while until her character makes more appearances on the series with the whole 'wolf' situation happening. But there's a possibility that viewers might see Hayley in her animal ways at some point.

"Right now, we're only going to see Hayley once a month," Tonkin said. "I hope that at least one episode will be the full day when I'm human. I'd also like to see Hayley in wolf form. I don't know if we've seen that yet, and it would be really cool."

There is also the matter of what's about to go down in the love triangle with Hayley, Jackson and Elijah. What can Tonkin say about that?

"I don't know," she said. "They're both great characters and they're both amazing actors, so I'm just lucky that I get to work with both of them."

The Originals Season 3 premieres this fall on The CW.
