The Browns have spoken out after reports circulated that he was pulling his 22-year-old daughter from life support.

An insider close to the family told People on Thursday that the speculation is “background noise.”

“Let me tell you this now. Don’t believe any reports that Bobby is going to take her off life support. He’s never going to do that. I don’t think he’ll ever go there; if there’s a 2 percent chance, a 1 percent chance, a 0.1 percent chance, he will keep hope alive.”

They added that Bobby wants is for the speculation of Bobbi Kristina’s death to stop.

Bobby hears these reports, and it’s annoying him. He hates that people are just waiting for his daughter to die.”

In fact, the Browns and Houstons just want fans to continue sending up prayers for Bobbi Kristina. She was found unresponsive in her bathtub in her Roswell, Ga. home on Jan. 31. She was in a medically induced coma for almost three months before being transferred to the facility.

“We pray every time. We don’t want America to forget to pray for Bobbi Kristina. As long as she has breath and her heart is beating, no one will give up on her.”

Bobbi Krisitna’s grandmother, Cissy Houston, and aunt Pat Houston also shut down the speculation and said it was a “false story.”
