On Friday, the Girls star posted a photo of herself on Instagram as she stands in her kitchen hallway caught in mid-air. The place is big enough for her to jump rope as she's seen with her knees bent and her hair falls over her happy face.

As she dons work-out clothing, she mentions two companies that have helped her gather up a good haul of strength.

In the caption, the actress writes, "@outdoorvoices & @manrepeller look how much joy your collaboration brought me! Jumping rope in my kitchen like a in your full kit!" Williams added emojis of hearts and a bicep to show her dedication.

A number of users commented on the picture with genuine compliments that say, "I love your Instagram your life is as beautiful as you look" and "You have the most beautiful smile!"

Meanwhile, Williams previously spoke with Glamour about her plans to start a family someday with her fiance, Ricky Van Veen, co-founder of College-Humor.

"That's a big question mark," the 27-year-old said. "And for a planner that's a nightmare. Everyone says you can't plan for it. You're never ready. I have a lot of questions. How do I get to a place in my career where I can go be a mom for a little while and then come back and be a mom and an actress at the same time?"
