It appears that Matt Bomer could have had a lawsuit in his hands while filming the summer blockbuster Magic Mike XXL.

In an On Air With Ryan Seacrest interview on Thursday, Jada Pinkett Smith, who co-stars with the actor in the racy film, opened up on something she would do to Bomer that could be deemed as inappropriate. Since she was around him a lot when he was shirtless, it may have been hard to resist feeling his muscular torso.

"I was so glad he didn't sue me for sexual harassment. I really was," Pinkett Smith said via E! News. "Because every time I saw Matt, my first thing is I put my hand on his chest and rub his chest and say, 'Hey, Matt!'"

The actress then realized why that wasn't an okay thing to do since she wouldn't like it if someone did that to her.

"I realized...if he did that to me, it'd be a problem," she explained. "I had to take a day and apologize. I was like, 'You know, I realize every time I see you, I touch your chest and that's just not right and I'm sorry. I am sorry."

This also could've been a problem for both of the stars since they are each married- Bomer to husband, Simon Halls, and Pinkett Smith to husband, Will Smith.

According to the site, the actress said that Bomer was not offended over the touching.
