Marisol (Ana Ortiz) may once again be finding herself too involved with the very wrong man on Devious Maids.

After getting into a relationship with Jesse (Nathan Owens) and ending their working relationship as a result, she has been trying to find him new work. However, in the July 27 episode, she will be shocked when her attempt to get him hired at the country club not only reveals that he was fired from there--but that he had a nasty altercation with the recently deceased Louis Becker as well.

Now, Marisol will turn to her friends as she wonders what to do with the information--and worries about whether or not she's actually safe being with him.

"Jesse knew the guy who got murdered?" Rosie asks her in a preview clip for the episode.

"Apparently, but he never mentioned it to me," she replies.

"That's suspicious," Zoila adds.

Now, as she continues looking into her new beau, Marisol will do what she has done best and begin sleuthing to figure out the answers she seeks--but she will potentially find herself in danger when Jesse walks in and catches her--even though she winds up brandishing his own gun on him.

"What're you doing?" Jesse asks her in the clip.

"Just tell me the truth!" she insists.

However, unfortunately for Marisol, if Jesse isn't who he initially seemed to be, being alone with him and demanding answers could probe to put her in her most unsafe situation yet.

Devious Maids airs Mondays at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
