According to a new report, the Vanderpump Rules stars split earlier this year after Kennedy became fed up with Doute's alleged obsession with her ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval, and his new girlfriend, Ariana Madix.

"James doesn’t find it normal to be in a relationship with someone who can’t stop talking about Sandoval," Movie News Guide reported on Wednesday.

For the first two seasons of Vanderpump Rules, Doute was dating Sandoval, but at the end of season three, her affair with Jax Taylor was exposed and the two parted ways. After splitting, Doute went on to date Kennedy, and Sandoval went on to date Madix, but Doute wasn't quite finished with her ex-boyfriend.

During season three, Doute set out to expose her ex's alleged cheating, even going as far as to arrange for his reported hookup, a woman named Annemarie, to visit SUR Lounge, where Sandoval was working with Madix. All the while, Kennedy was growing frustrated with his lady's inability to move on.

As for what else fans can expect from Vanderpump Rules season four, Movie News Guide revealed, "James and Sandoval [are] getting along big time. Scheana and James are also reported to finally start making music together and Scheana’s career will finally snowball to something recognizable and appreciated."

Vanderpump Rules is expected to premiere later this year on Bravo.
