Lail, who played Anna (of Frozen) in Once Upon a Time in season 4, talks about bringing her to life from the movie in a new featurette for the season 4 DVD/Blu-ray release.

"We wanted to keep her quirks and her 'isms' that are throughout the movie, but we also don't want her to be dumb," Lail says. "Just because she says things on the fly doesn't mean she isn't very smart."

Her Once Upon a Time co-star Josh Dallas, who plays Charming/David in the series, praises Lail's performance in season 4.

"Elizabeth was so honest in how she portrayed her and so good," he says. "She had this natural spirit that she brought to the role and I think that really brought her to life."

Another video of Georgina Haig talking about playing Elsa in season 4 was also released recently through SheKnows.com.

"The main struggle of Elsa's is that she's afraid of who she is and that she can't accept who she is, and she feels like she doesn't fit in and that she's isolated from the world around her," Haig says in the video. "I think that's a feeling a lot of people can identify with," she says.

Season 4 will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on Aug. 18.

Once Upon a Time season 5 premieres Sunday, Sept. 27 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
