Bellamy Blake fans should hold on tight - season 3 of The 100 may be particularly traumatic for the Arker.

'The 100' Season 3: Will Monty & Jasper Ever Be The Same? Christopher Larken Teases Return

Poor Bellamy (Bob Morley) will have a lot on his plate when the spring run debuts. Several months will have passed since the Mount Weather massacre, but the deaths of the Mountain Men will still weigh heavily on their three executioners. While Clarke presumably continues her walkabout, Bellamy will be left to help lead the Arkers without her (see video below).

Will Bell be able to handle everything the ground has to throw at him? Even if he can, viewers should stock up on the tissues. If teasers from series creator Jason Rothenberg are to be believed, there won't be a dry eye in the house by time midseason rolls around.

"Bellamy is a force of nature this season," Rothenberg teased as filming for episode 7 came to a close. "[Bob Morley] will crush you."

That doesn't mean his story won't keep you rooted to your seat. In fact, his upcoming actions will cement his title as hero.

"Well, he's going to have a rough season, let's put it like that," showrunner Jason Rothenberg revealed back in June. "But we're going to love it, going to love him, for it."
