For Samar (Mozhan Marnò), the biggest twist was finding out that not only was her brother alive, but he was also the notorious terrorist she's been tracking for the last six years. Most viewers, however, would say the most shocking moment came in the last 20 seconds when Samar closed her emotional roller coaster of a day by closing the deal with...Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff)!

Is this coupling that will stick, or was it merely a heat of the moment one-time affair? Marnò weighed in on the pairing while speaking to Entertainment Weekly.

"The way I approached it-and I only know a couple of episodes ahead myself-is just that it's an extremely emotional day. She's had an extremely emotional experience and she's in mourning," Marnò explained. "We're partners, we clearly care about each other... I think it's a moment of vulnerability that's not really meant to be overanalyzed."

Anxious fans will have to tune into the midseason finale to find out exactly what's next for the partners...and how their little tryst will affect the rest of the Post Office team.

"Well, that gets into the following episode, but the effect of having slept with someone else on the Task Force will necessarily have a ripple effect in some way," Marnò teased.
