Giuliana Rancic said that she and her husband, Bill Rancic, are considering having another child and that they would "only be so lucky if they did."

Rancic appears on the cover of Splash, Chicago Sun-Times' Sunday magazine which arrived on newsstands on March 31. In the cover story interview, the E! News co-anchor Fashion Police co-host also shared the little things she and her husband do for each other to "make each other's lives easier."

"Bill doesn't even drink coffee, but every day he insists on making my coffee," Rancic told Splash. "And you know why?  Because his dad made his mom coffee every day, and he thought that was so romantic."

She said that Bill also went with her and their son Duke to a Mommy and Me class to show his suport for her and their child.

"And if you know my husband, that is not his cup of tea," she laughed.

Rancic also revealed that when she first met Rancic she knew he was "the one" for her.

"It was love at first sight," she said then added, "I knew there was something about him the second I laid eyes on him."

The celebrity couple welcomed their son Duke on Aug. 29 in a Denver hospital. Duke, the first child for both parents, was carried via a gestational carrier and weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 20 inches.

Prior to his birth, Giuliana endured several failed IVF attempts, a miscarriage, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 and later underwent a double mastectomy.

The couple has several projects in the works. Season 6 of Giuliana && Bill will air on E! in June and they will co-host a new NBC dating show, Ready For Love which will debut on April 6. The reality show follows three bachelors looking for love and is produced by Eva Longoria.

Rancic told Splash that the show is "unlike anything that's ever been on TV."
