Almost 10 years after the death of the Kardashian sisters' father, Robert Kardashian, the girls are suing over family property.

The father of reality stars Kourtney, Kim and Khloe married Ellen Pierson two months before he died in 2003. Pierson allegedly still owns some of the family's personal possessions, including Robert's diary, family photo albums and a family holiday photograph, according to a statement by The Hollywood Reporter.

This is not the first run-in the sisters have had with Pierson. The reality stars slammed her after she sold information back in January claiming Kris Jenner beat Kim, according to Celebuzz.

The items in question supposedly track the lives of the Kardashians before they became famous, and private information has lately been trickled into the media. An article was published on Jan. 23 by In Touch magazine titled "Robert Kardashian's Private Diaries Reveal Dark Secrets from Kim, Kourtney and Khloé's Childhood." Life and Style Magazine had an article describing "the life struggles of the Kardashians including Khloe Kardashian," based on the report.

The sisters are suing for conversion and copyright infringement. They are demanding a full and complete accounting and imposition of a constructive trust. They want at least $500,000 in damages, plus more in profits, statutory damages, punitive and exemplary damages.

The Kardashians said that Pierson has hidden these belongings "with the express intent to one-day capitalize and exploit the valuable property and celebrity of the famous Robert Kardashian," according to the report, and as they've come to light, they've repeatedly requested the return.
