Kim Kardashian has learned a few things about documenting her relationships on television -- which is why viewers won't be seeing much of her current boyfriend/baby daddy Kanye West.

In an exclusive interview with Ryan Seacrest on Sunday, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star said she wants her personal relationship with West to remain intimate and private. In the past, Kardashian has allowed viewers of her television series to see the ups and downs of her relationships with ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush and now-ex-husband Kris Humphries. However, Kardashian said she is switching up the way she represents her love interests.

"I changed a little bit in showing relationships. You put it all out there for the world to see, and people turn because they just don't get your decisions," the reality TV star admitted.

Although her sisters - Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian - continue to televise their relationships, Kim said she has chosen to go a different route with hopes that her and West will last a long time.

"You know, you're like - should I really put my next relationship on, will they get this? I felt like I gave so much of myself in my marriage publicly and when you make mistakes it's embarrassing," Kim said.

The rapper has reportedly been 100 percent supportive of Kim throughout her pregnancy. TMZ claimed that even though the Watch The Throne rapper has been in Paris for the past two months for concerts and is in the midst of recording a new album, he attends doctor's appointments with Kim.

West reportedly made at least three trips via his private jet from Paris to Los Angeles just so he can be with Kim when she visits the doctor regularly to make sure their baby is healthy. Sources said that the rapper has even called the doctors beforehand so that he can clear his schedule if needed.

Enstars reported earlier that the couple was considering giving birth in France.

"We're thinking of having the baby in Paris, maybe," Kim told Entertainment Tonight. "We're still deciding."
