While the drama surrounding her firing from The Real still has yet to calm down, Tamar Braxton has been hit with a lawsuit.

Apparently she and her husband, Vincent Herbert, are being sued by a company, Crystal Clear Audio & Video who performed a custom wiring job on their home, TMZ reported earlier this week. But the friction came after Braxton and Herbert reportedly did not pay for the services. The business called out the couple after they said they “spent multiple days” working on their home in Calabasas. The project took place in December.

There is no word on why Braxton and Herbert allegedly have yet to pay. After all, it looks like they only owe $3, 724.

But while it might not seem like a lot to the music moguls and reality stars, the company has said that Braxton and Herbert’s failure to pay has made it difficult to pay their employees.

Things should be settled within the next couple of weeks.

News of the lawsuit comes after Braxton was fired from The Real in one of the most shocking daytime television moves this summer.

While it still isn’t clear why she was let go, speculation says it was because of her attitude on set. Braxton was told about the news after her husband Vincent Herbert called the show to see what they would need for an upcoming event. Their response was allegedly that Braxton would not be invited back for season three of the successful daytime talk show. Braxton addressed the firing on a recent episode of Braxton Family Values on WeTV.
