Beyonce lived up to her nickname "Queen Bey" and purchased a massive home fit enough for royalty from another diva.

The 31-year-old bought a $45 million mansion located in Malibu from legendary singer Cher.

The Academy Award-winning singer and actress first put the lavish home on the market in 2008 but shortly after decided she wasn't ready to part ways with the luxurious pad. Cher put the home in the real estate market agan in March and the Halo singer quickly snatched it up, according to Hollyscoop.

The Malibu mansion is situated on top of a hill that oversees the Pacific Ocean. The 13,126 square-feet home reportedly has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gym, theater, tennis court, pool and an adjacent guest house.

Enstars reported that 2012 was such a successful fiscal year for Beyonce due to her several mega deals, including the $50 million Pepsi partnership. With her success she decided to spoil someone other than her daughter Blue Ivy Carter and her husband, Jay-Z.

The Grammy-winner bought her mother, Tina Knowles, a lavish mansion in their native city of Houston in January for $5.9 million. The sale price is considered a steal as the original asking price was nearly four times more that the price she is paying for it. Three years ago it was up for grabs for $20 million. The palatial home is located in Houston's prestigious Piney Point village area and contains six bedrooms and 16 bathrooms.

Forbes ranked Beyonce No. 32 in their Power Women List and No. 16 on their Celebrity 100 list. According to Forbes, the Houston native earned $40 million between the summer of 2011 and the summer of 2012, and this was before she struck her $50 million deal with Pepsi.
