In her newest single, Kelly Rowland reveals her anger towards her abusive ex-boyfriend and her mixed emotions about Beyonce's success.

The former Destiny's Child singer unveiled the latest track off her new album Talk a Good Game Wednesday morning. Titled Dirty Laundry, Rowland comes forward with some of her deepest secrets about a dark period in her life. She admits that she was happy for Beyonce's solo success but she was also secretly jealous of her:

"When my sister was on stage, killin' it like a motherfu**er/ I was enraged, feelin' it like a motherfu**er/ Bird in a cage, you would never know what I was dealing with/ Went our separate ways, but I was happy she was killin' it/ Bittersweet, she was up, I was down."

She also delves into the trials of living with her abusive ex-boyfriend, which she tried to keep hidden until he went too far:

"I was trapped in this house, lying to my mama/ Thought it could get no worse, as we maximize the drama/ Started to call them people on him, I was battered/ He hit the window like it was me, until it shattered."

Before this confessional new song, Rowland has had limited commercial success despite recording three full-length albums. Her latest, Talk a Good Game, is set for release on June 18th. She has released two other songs from the album: "Ice" featuring Lil Wayne and "Kisses Down Low". This year, she performed at the Super Bowl Halftime Show with Beyonce and Michelle Williams, singing excerpts from "Bootylicious", "Independent Women" and "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)".

She has also been a part of many variety programs, including hosting Bravo's reality-competition series The Fashion Show in 2009 and as a judge on the UK version of The X Factor in 2011.
