The season finale of ABC's addictive drama series Secrets and Lies is just days away, and finally, the answers everyone has been waiting for concerning who killed Kate Warner will be revealed.

The season has been following Eric Warner (Michael Ealy) as he tries to find out who may have killed his wife, and also learns quite a few secrets that she and everyone else in his close circle were keeping from him. Now, in the two hour finale airing on Sunday, Dec. 4, the culprit may finally be revealed.

Unlike the first season, which saw Detective Andrea Cornell (Juliette Lewis) realize in the penultimate episode that the killer she sought was female, ruling out her prime suspect in Ben Crawford (Ryan Phillippe), there is not cut and dry way of truly determining who killed Kate. And with all the secrets that have been bubbling underneath the surface in the Crawford family, it really could have been anyone's crime.

So who could be the person responsible for ending Kate Warner's life? Here are our 6 theories for the most likely culprits (and the likelihood they're actually the murderer):

Melanie and/or Patrick

They were the most recent suspects to register on Cornell's radar, especially after Patrick's fraud scheme and Melanie's prostitution ring were uncovered. They would certainly have motive if they were definitley trying to keep their crimes private.

Likelihood They're Responsible: Patrick has repeatedly said he would never hurt Kate because she was the only one who was kind and accepting to Melanie, and despite his lies, we're still inclined to believe him. Melanie would be far more likely a culprit, but she swore to Cornell she didn't do it-and may have given the name of the actual killer up when she claimed she did know who committed the murder.

Amanda

She's the only member of the Warner family who hasn't been on Cornell's radar yet as a suspect, and she has mainly seemed to be someone who kept her nose clean. With only her affair with Neal to sully her reputation, she hardly seems likely to have killed her best friend.

Likelihood She's Responsible: It's be an unexpected twist to have her revealed as the killer because she doesn't seem to have had any real motive for wanting Kate dead, which would make her being the killer so much more fun.

John

Eric's father suddenly became a suspect after it was revealed he was somehow caught up in the blackmail scheme against Eric.

Likelihood He's Responsible: Very possible, if Kate figured out he was the one who was trying to extort money from his son and confronted him about it.

Eric

He hasn't been the focus of Cornell's investigation for a long time and has seemed to be off the hook, but it's not entirely impossible to cross Kate's husband off the list when it comes to the people who murdered her just yet.

Likelihood He's Responsible: While we'd hate to see it happen, Eric has some violent tendencies, and didn't know the real reason why Kate met up with her ex until after she died. If he got jealous and thought the baby he had just found out she was carrying wasn't his, he could have lashed out and pushed her off the roof

May

The secretary has been in everyone's business and seemingly known everything about everyone this entire time. With so much knowledge, and an apparent loyalty to the Warners, she may have been capable of anything if it helped protect the family.

Likelihood She's Responsible: Stranger things have happened, and she could easily have slipped under the radar.

Secrets and Lies airs Sunday at 9 p.m. on ABC.
