He has been trying to plot to find a way to get Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) back together, and now, Eric (John McCook) may wind up giving his granddaughter an ultimatum to be with the man she married on The Bold and the Beautiful.

In the hopes of making Quinn (Rena Sofer) happy, Eric has also started scheming to try and stop the divorce Steffy filed for so she could reunite with Liam (Scott Clifton), and a part of the scheme did in fact include making her the CEO of Forrester while Wyatt serves as the head of PR for the company, putting the two in each other's professional path on a daily basis. But now, Quinn will hint that it isn't enough, and that Wyatt is still suffering while his brother still has a relationship with Steffy.

"It's so hard for him to see his wife going home to another man every single night," she says in a preview clip for the Wednesday, Dec. 28 episode.

With that in mind, Eric will ask Steffy to come over to the house, where he will lecture her on his expectations while she is CEO-which will include dictating where she may live and who she should be with, at least while her marriage to Wyatt is still valid. And he may even warn her that she has to comply to the standard if she wants to keep her powerful new position.

"Your proper bed is wuth the man you pledged to love and honor, for better or for worse," Eric says in the clip.

Meanwhile, Liam and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) are officially putting their plan into action that will hopefully rid Eric of Quinn's influence once and for all-and will involve Ridge trying to seduce Quinn in the process.

"I know how to treat a woman all the way down to her feet," he says in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
