QCP Reportedly Arrested for Felony Possession

According to a report from TMZ, the TikTok star was arrested on September 9th for felony possession of a stolen vehicle. Specifically, Conte had been driving a U-Haul that he allegedly borrowed from a friend, which the police discovered was a reportedly stolen vehicle that was initially rented and never returned when they ran the plate number.

"QCP was arrested, booked and released from custody on $25,000 bail. So far he has not been charged, at least not yet. It's unlikely he will be, though, since he was not the one who rented the U-Haul ... and has no history of driving stolen cars." According to a report from TMZ.

As of now, QCP has not been charged and was released from custody on a $25,000 bail.

QCP Confident Amidst Stolen Vehicle Allegations?

Additionally, a source told TMZ that the TikTok star alleges that his friend, who also happens to be his roommate, will own up to paying for the "stolen" vehicle. QCP alleges that he had only been helping his roommate with moving some items, and had no idea of the vehicle's stolen history was.

"QCP's camp is confident the case will be dropped ... they say one of his roommates was responsible for paying for the U-Haul and didn't pay on time, but the roommate has since squared up. His rep also says QCP was helping move stuff for a friend and had no idea the U-Haul wasn't paid for, or that it had been reported stolen." TMZ reports.
