X Factor season 3 has already had its fair share of comical yet memorable auditions. One of them was from the California-based duo Second Hand High.

The former couple performed an original tune on Wednesday night's episode for Kelly Rowland, Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato. Paulina Rubio, however, was missing. The upbeat song included the chorus, "You better ask me to dance," sung by the female member.

The male member also had one unforgettable line, "Why buy the cow when you can get the leche for free?"

Rowland was the only judge who seemed to enjoy the song, and the 32-year-old got up and danced to the beat. But, she wasn't the only one. Several audience members also danced along.

"It's very, very weird, but I kind of like the song," Rowland said after the performance. "That's some current stuff right now. I love the song. I'll probably be singing that later on with my cousins and my whole crew."

While Lovato considered the song "catchy," Cowell completely disagreed with Rowland.

"I think you should change the name of the group to deluded," he said. "The song was terrible. I'm not going to ask you to dance."

Yet, the duo didn't seem discouraged by Cowell's words.

"Our music isn't going to end. We're still going to do music together," the female member said. "Obviously the crowd liked it, so we're going to go home with a new set of fans that are going to absolutely love and adore us... Our song is going to be the jam of 2013."

The judges also made a short music video to go along with the song. Rowland danced around lip-synching the words and even Cowell joined in.
