'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' Season 6 Cast: Teresa Giudice 'Looks Forward' To 4 New Housewives, She Says
Teresa Giudice confirmed there will be four new cast members joining The Real Housewives of New Jersey for season 6 and she said she looks forward to working with her new co-stars.
"We have four new people, and going forward I think it's going to be really good," she told the Bradenton Herald. "I'm looking forward to it."
Her former cast member from season 1, Dina Manzo will return to the show for the upcoming season.
Giudice told the newspaper that the first season was one of her favorites to film, but seasons 3 through 5 were her hardest. She also advised people not to work with their family unless they really have to.
"I loved it at first. The last three seasons were kind of hard because it was my family," she said. "It's my job. It's just not good to work with your family. It's the same for everybody."
TRHONJ cast member Jacqueline Laurita spoke to Us Weekly on Oct. 27 about the new cast members, including a pair of twin sisters.
"There's two twin Italian girls -- Teresa and Nicole -- and then a girl named Amber," Laurita told the magazine. "And, I think that my sister-in-law Dina [Manzo] is coming back!"
Faux Reality Ent reported that the twins are from Colt Neck, N.J. and are in the running because they are "affluent, beautiful and intelligent women with strong family values."
"Teresa Napolitano Aprea and her husband are well known in philanthropic circles in New Jersey," said Faux Reality's source. "Nicole owns a Dairy Queen and is extremely successful. Teresa and Nicole are '40ish' and twins. Family is everything to these two."
InTouch also reported the twins were joining as well as a third member, Amber Marchese.
"They have added three new women - twins Nicole and Teresa Naolitano and their friend Amber Marchese," a show insider told In Touch. "These twins will be sassy and you can bet it will turn into new girls vs. old girls drama."
Bravo has yet to confirm or deny the reports.
