Atlanta Black Star reported that on May 14, Sánchez stepped out of a sushi restaurant dressed down in white pants, a blue jacket, and sunglasses, smiling alongside Gonzalez and their 25-year-old son. Both men wore casual attire. Notably absent was Jeff Bezos, fueling rumors among fans about possible marital issues.

In 2024, Bezos and Gonzalez's wife, October Gonzalez, both attended Nikko's college graduation. The group took photos together, showing a united front. October also appears close to Sánchez; she attended Sánchez's bachelorette party before her wedding to Bezos last year and frequently shares affectionate messages on social media.

Sánchez has spoken publicly about co-parenting with Tony Gonzalez and his wife October, describing them as her best friends. She emphasized the importance of communication for the wellbeing of their son. The couple dated in the early 2000s and welcomed Nikko in 2001 before separating a year later.

Besides Nikko, Sánchez has two children with another ex-husband, Patrick Whitesell. She was married to Whitesell when her affair with Bezos was revealed in 2019. Since then, Whitesell remarried actress Pia Miller.
